Throughout each program and service, Friendly House team members provide support, guidance, and resources through education, training, and community partnerships.

Full time team members working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to participate in group medical, dental, vision, and life & disability insurance plans the first month after 30 days of employment. These plans are offered at an average of 77% employer paid premiums.

In addition to the above benefit package, full time Friendly House (including Early Childhood Development Center) team members are eligible for 14 paid holidays and can receive 10 PTO (Paid Time Off) days for less than 1 year up to 25 days for 10+ years.  Academia Del Pueblo team members receive 10 PTO days annually.

All team members, 21 years of age or older, are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Plan beginning on the first payroll after 30 days of employment. For full-time team members, Friendly House will match up to 7% of the employee’s contribution once they meet one year of service and at least 1,000 hours worked. Academia del Pueblo Charter School team members are eligible for up to a 7% 401(k) match after 30 days of employment.
