RISE UP Reentry
The RISE UP Reentry Program provides support and services to young adults, 18-24 years old, for a successful transition back into society after involvement with the justice/legal system.
Participants are assisted and connected with a variety of resources by their personal case manager to ensure success.
Assistance may include the following:

GED Classes & Testing

Job Leads and Referrals

Food Boxes

Utility Assistance (if funds are available)

Educational Supplies

Hygiene Kits

Employment Clothing and Tools

Restoration of Rights Support

Life Skills and Job Preparation Workshops

Paid Work Experience (upon availability)

Qualified individuals can receive cell phones
