RISE UP Reentry

The RISE UP Reentry Program provides support and services to young adults, 18-24 years old, for a successful transition back into society after involvement with the justice/legal system.
Participants are assisted and connected with a variety of resources by their personal case manager to ensure success. 
Assistance may include the following:
  • Monthly Gas Card or Bus Pass
  • GED Classes & Testing
  • Job Leads and Referrals
  • Food Boxes
  • Utility Assistance (if funds are available)
  • Educational Supplies
  • Hygiene Kits
  • Employment Clothing and Tools
  • Restoration of Rights Support
  • Life Skills and Job Preparation Workshops
  • Paid Work Experience (upon availability)
  • Qualified individuals can receive cell phones
